Micro moulding is simply traditional injection moulding on a smaller scale. We use plastic pellets with a plunger allowing for precise amounts of plastic into the mould. Our table top machine has the ability to create very small parts with great accuracy.
Mould changes can be done in minutes with extremely short cycle times. This is beneficial for small custom runs with several colour changes or mass production with little to no scrap.
