Assembly
Many customers require assembly of their product prior to shipping. Items are assembled quickly and accurately in-house. The utmost care is taken when handling product and final product will be packaged appropriately.

Decorating
We have always believed in complete service. IMI will make sure you items are noticed or used in the matter they were intended for through our decorating procedures. Our art department can accept artwork files in Adobe Illustrator, PDF or Corel Draw and create a custom stamp for hot stamping or pad printing. This is great for corporate branding or listing instructions. When time is of the essence we can stamp at the machine during the production runs.

Design & Prototyping
Concept-An idea for a new product or an addition to an existing product. We will look at the idea and suggest the best direction to take in order to achieve the product you want with the least amount of cost incurred. We have two decades of designing plastic solutions for a variety of industries. The latest version of Solid Works is used to produce a 3-D image, giving you a clear picture of the proposed product. At this stage we can make adjustments to the design prior to manufacturing a mould. IMI has a vacuum forming shop which can produce low volume runs with a very low tooling cost. The other advantage of this is it gives us the ability to produce prototypes which can be tested for the application it was designed for. These moulds are made from hardwood so if a slight adjustment is needed to be made we can usually accommodate. Injection moulds can be costly and having the ability to test out an idea first before the mould is manufactured is a huge benefit.
